Can certainly recommend using Cinch Chippenham, an extremely safe, clean and easy to use facility. But the main thing is the fantastic customer service, Andrew the store manager is a delightful chap. His onboarding process left us feeling confident we’d made the right choice and he’s extremely welcoming and a delight to talk to. The pricing strategy is really clear and easy to understand. Very friendly team! Moving was a very difficult and stressful experience and The whole Cinch team made it a lot easier and really looked after me, offered us tea and biscuits and made sure I was warm as it was very cold outside! They were genuinely interested in my upsetting reason for storing my belongings.I am very impressed by them! Thank you Cinch.

I can only give praise for my short stay with cinch storage. From start to finish the people in the office have been extremely helpful. So easy to book with straight forward admin. Clean and dry storage area easily assessable. Very useful trollies for easy moving. Will recommend cinch and use again.

Put a few things in storage at the Leighton Buzzard branch and was totally looked after by Jason and Aaron.Very friendly and professional service from this team. Mark and Jake at the Southend branch are amazing, helpful, and always have time for a chat. They greet you with a smile. Both times that I've been in to do paperwork, they offered a hot drink.Would 100% recommend. The prices are reasonable too.

The Enfield facility is clean, secure, well-maintained and well lit. Facility manager Ed Leland is very friendly. He provided great customer service and I'd definitely recommend Cinch Enfield to the local community. It is also well situated near Enfield Lock Station. Keep up the good work Ed and team.
