TrustpilotTHE BAD ESTATE AGENT
THE BAD ESTATE AGENT: I had a valuation appointment to sell my home, with Graham of The Good Estate Agent. He failed to show up and did not return any of my messages.
Hi Malcolm, sorry you have had this experience. I understand Graham has been in touch as this was a genuine diary error and for that he has apologised. As you can see from our other reviews this is not our normal standard. Kind regards, Rob Bryer Managing Director

We recently marketed our family home for sale with The Good Estate Agent. We had multiple viewings on our open house day, all viewers were contacted prior to the day and all arrived. We received 4 offers within 2 days and are progressing towards the end of the sale process (and packing). Highly recommended agent with a personal touch. Thank you.

TrustpilotGreat service finding a tenant
This is the second property that Morag Young has assisted us to find a tenant. Morag dealt with listing the property, dealing with the applications, arranging the viewings and attending them. Credit checks were then made for the best candidate which again was all dealt with. We are very happy with the service Morag provided

Stefan deserves all the praise in the world, went above and beyond and singlehandedly saved our house purchase from falling through due to a difficult seller and lacklustre conveyancing firm. 100% recommend the good estate agents, were professional and prompt from start to finish.

Michelle completely works with integrity. She is committed to her work and was equally committed to understanding my needs as a landlord and seller. To meet someone who is committed to understanding your goals is very rare, however Michelle has set the bar high. She has restored my faith in estate agents.
