Brilliant service, we have several properties in this area we have used several companies both for sales and lettings. Rob Bryer of The Good Estate Agent has by far excelled all of the other agents. We now use The Good Estate Agent exclusively in this part of the UK and are the happiest we have ever been here with our properties and tenants. All transactions have been problem free, he provides excellent tenants and is there on the spot to sort out any problems. We are very happy doing business with The Good Estate Agent, we have found they are the best in the area.

It is really important to me as a 'distant' landlord that I can trust my agent to react quickly to tenant's needs, whether that be repairs, general maintenance or finding new tenants. Top notch customer service

We had a small issue with an agent at the the beginning of our renting process. The agent himself dealt with it in a superb way.
