This agent and franchise opportunity was a good fit for me. From my current business I had leads and thought it made sense. I used the network to sell houses for family and friends. It worked well. So, I signed a six year franchise agreement with the business. They cancelled this after sometime and sold the franchise to another. It was conducted in an underhand manner with little dialog with me.During this time I was ill and undergoing treatment for a condition, a very personal one. Additionally, I had another business ongoing and needed to concentrate on my core income. If they had discussed this with me they'd know more about the how, when and if I'd be able to return.I told them I'd return in 2020 after I was better and I'd help anyone new in the area.They even they even renewed my email and password in recent weeks as I'd commissioned leaflets. Interestingly this created a lead that was sent to another colleague and not me. Then Covid 19 happened and with a family I'd been reluctant to get out chapping doors for business. Thinking this would be understood naturally is where I went wrong. They unceremoniously dumped me their most successful Scottish agent and so called franchise owner in an email. It must have been hard for them collecting my franchise payment monthly. Which I have paid for almost a year dispite not being able to work.So that's the facts as I see it. Please just use them when considering the franchise, because if they find another looking to buy what you have they will sell. I am speaking to another two estate agents who'd love my services. Even part time.... Because I work on commission only. Not so much the good estate agent as the mildly better than bad estate agent. Who are really poor when it comes to HR, Colleague engagement and training.

Tracey patten of good estate agent, Handforth replied to my enquiry with a bungalow not yet on the market, together with a 4 bed property alternative. My dad liked the bungalow, and, through Tracey the offer was made and accepted in a matter of a week or two. We are most pleased with what Tracey did for us, genuinely, nothing was too much trouble for her from further viewing and storing things at the property pre moving in. Estate agents generally are seen as the same professional level as timeshare agents, car dealers and recruitment consultants but Tracey bucks that trend, a nice person and professional. I’d had my property on the market for about 6 months with no movement, it was abit of a unique sell and the company I was using admitted to not really knowing how to sell it, I went and talked with Tracey who within a week had been round for photos and had it online, in the first month with the good estate agent we had the property sold, I was very impressed with her efficiency and how smooth the whole process was made, I’d recommend her to anyone and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m selling

Nothing was ever to much trouble, no question was ever a stupid question. Easy to contact. If there was an issue, a quick phone call and it was resolved straight away. Genuinely professional service from Anthony Spittle and Richardo Hadra at Martyn Gerard Estate agents in Crouch End, London N8We have asked Anthony, the manager of Lettings at Martyn Gerard Estate Agents a number of times over the years to help us manage the rental of our property in Crouch End. I cannot speak highly enough of the service this company offers compared to other agents. In addition to competitive rates, the team are professional and friendly and always respond to phone calls and emails immediately. GooglePeter Cooper from the Hythe , Kent branch is the best estate agent we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Nothing, and I mean nothing was too much trouble for him. When people say someone has gone that extra mile , it's not always correct, but Peter actually did, he was always chasing up the useless solicitors, and sorting out the problems . He dealt with the selling of my Mum's bungalow, even though we are over 200 miles away, he kept us informed all the way . Not only is he a brilliant estate agent , he is also a very nice, caring and funny man. . We just wish we had met him when selling our house . So if you want a great honest estate agent ( yes they do exist ) , then ask for Peter Cooper .... ( And no , we are not related ).

They take a friendly, pragmatic approach to the day to day management of my property as well as dealing effectively with the more complex issues that arise occasionally from time to time. They have also sourced high quality, long-term tenants over that period, which has made renting out my property seem really easy.

She sorted absolutely everything and we basically did nothing .. she sold our house in a week and we are now happily enjoying our new family home ! Can not recommend her enough. My review is in relation to Townsends Letting Agency in Falmouth Cornwall. My experience of Letting a residential property from this company can only be described as Excellent. The quality of their service and their professionalism in every aspect of their business was outstanding. i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking to rent a property in Falmouth or surrounding areas. Whilst all of the staff were helpful and pleasant in the delivery of their service I would like to make particular mention of Sophie in her very demanding front of house position, she was always prompt in dealing with any problems and requests whether by personal visit or email. At the conclusion of my tenancy the termination procedures and the prompt return of my deposit could in no way be faulted. This company clearly value their clients both Landlords and Renters and ensure that both receive equally the excellent service that they deliver. Keith Eccleston.

You tried very hard to secure a sale, but it didn't work out. Due to the long exposure and poor quality photographs I decided to go with the agent acting on behalf of the property I had had my offer accepted for as they would be highly motivated to move things along.

After a year of searching for a property in the Whitstable , Herne Bay area having viewed over a 100 properties and being let down many times by vendors and agents. I finally came across Julie. She found me a home having listen to my requirements. Once she found a property matching my needs I was able to exchanged and completed within 4 weeks partly due to Julie's hard work. After discussion and queries answered we decided to go ahead.Our agent Willie McBey then managed all aspects of getting our house on the market.We were delighted with photographs of our property and with the review written of our home.We sold within 4 months of our property being advertised with The Good Estate Agent -a fantastic result as at that time the sale of properties in our area was very slow.

The agent viewed my flat before the renovation was finished and brought prospective tenants round the following weekend. They were all referenced and ready to move in as soon as the flat was ready only 3 weeks later so no need for marketing on this occasion - very impressed.
