Victor Michael provided an excellent service.

I have been letting property for more than 8 years and Piyush and his team are the best I have come across. Apart from finding new tenants they have taken the strain out of the change over by organising cleaners and handymen to deal with problems, getting keys cut etc. They have certainly gone the extra mile. I certainly recommend them....

Rented my previous property from Victor Michael (Canning Town) On Monday, 18th April, it will be 4 weeks since I returned my keys (on the 20th of March) as per the request from Victor Michael to vacate the property by the 17th of March. On 3rd of April, Victor Michael confirmed a rent overpayment of £1,494.80 is due to me (as I paid for a month in advance and vacated earlier), in addition to my deposit to be returned. Both the inspection report in November 2022 and the check out report at the end of March 2023 indicate no reason to retain any of the deposit. And yet I am still waiting (after following up numerous times) for the money owning to me to be returned.
