FacebookWe bought a unit in Royal Wharf via John's and Co. We had a lot of challenges and obstacles to get through with the transaction. With the help of our agent Tristan, we were able to get through all of this. Communication was excellent and he would always answer my calls and arranged cover during his summer leave to ensure that we always had a contact at Johns and Co. Definitely recommend.

No matter how well you maintain the property Johns&Co will still try to squeeze a few extra pounds out of you at the end of tenancy, and expect to wait months to get your deposit back. AVOID.
