GoogleI am quite happy about the Johns&co letting service. I chose the full management plan, and it is pretty much as trouble-free as it should be so far. Marwa and Amy have been very patiently explaining my questions (and I know I am the difficult type :P). Fairly speaking it is not the cheapest you can find, but the service level matches its price.

GoogleReally poor service after you sign your contract with them. They clearly not on the level to give high quality service. They don't have proper maintenance team. Extremely slow... more then 1 month to change a simple door handle. Worst agency....Please guys avoid them.

GoogleOverall good experience with a responsive and helpful team. Had an issue getting into the flat with the keys they provided me, as the one left by the previous tenant was bent. Was able to go back to their office and get a working key, but noone was able to come out and deliver it themselves. Otherwise, have no complaints. In all, a very high quality experience but still a little room to grow and improve.

GoogleWorst agency I have come across ever. I could have given a zero if possible. Once you sign a leasing contract, awful after service. I have problems with the ventilation in the apartment and they haven't fixed it in 4 months. They clearly don’t care about tenants just making their commission. I will never deal with this agency again.

JOHNS&CO has been an extremely helpful agency for me in the last 8 years:- Reasonable rates- Accessible and responsive- Going the extra mile in delivering the service with continuous, efficient support of all parties - Matching reliable tenants- Organising check-in/out with meter readings and professional cleanings with high quality companies- Online dashboard with provision of monthly account statements- Ryan McCabe and Gytis Seritovas at the Wapping Office are just magic when it comes to find a good tenant and to keep everybody happy!
