She truly went above and beyond when both our solicitor and the seller’s solicitor were not responsive, and we needed to exchange contracts in time for our daughter’s school application to be submitted on time. Googleoverall the experience was ok at best. I had a very long purchase due to hold ups with other vendors, I often didn't feel like I was being kept in the loop with what was happening and had a lot of messing about with offers at the start. I was told multiple times not to get a survey completed. Then when I went to pick up the keys they were handed to me in a plastic sandwich bag while all the staff lounged about on their chairs. Looking back on the experience with Haart all I can say about it was it was fine, but I had hoped for more support

GoogleWe have had a very positive experience with Haart after having some terrible experiences with other estate agents in the area. We attempted to buy a property through them a few months ago, but it sadly fell through on the day of exchange. The staff at Haart were genuine and sympathetic throughout that experience and went to considerable effort to ensure that they found us another property only a month or so later. I am pleased to say we managed to complete on that one this week. Valerie, Matthew and Aimee have been great throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.
