We recently completed the purchase of our new home through Haart, and we would like to sincerely thank the wonderful team who guided us through the entire journey with such professionalism, patience, and kindness. A very big thank you to Helen Lines, who did a fantastic job of managing our purchase during the early stages. Helen was consistently responsive, well-organised, and always willing to go the extra mile to keep things moving. She has a lovely, calm manner and made what could have been a very stressful process feel far more manageable. Whenever things needed chasing or clarifying, Helen was right there to help, and we really appreciated her steady, dependable presence throughout that period. We would also like to give a special mention to Matthew Gardner, who was genuinely one of the kindest and most supportive people we dealt with throughout the entire transaction. Matthew took the time to explain each step of the process, patiently answered our many questions as first-time buyers, and guided us through some of the trickier moments with real reassurance. He also very kindly pointed us in the direction of an excellent mortgage broker and a trusted solicitor to handle the legal side of the purchase, which took an enormous amount of pressure off us at a critical stage. His warmth, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference to our experience. A big thank you also goes to Laura Yeoman, who supported us brilliantly right through to the very end of the transaction, always quick to respond, proactive in pushing things forward, and a genuine pleasure to deal with. Laura's steady communication and can-do attitude were invaluable in the final weeks, when things needed to move quickly. Together, Helen, Matthew, and Laura made a real difference in helping us reach completion. As first-time buyers, having such a supportive, communicative, and genuinely caring team around us gave us real peace of mind, and we honestly can't thank them enough. Sold a property via Haart and had a fairly seamless experience. Helen in the Move team was a pleasure to deal with and extremely diligent in her work and being helpful to speed things along where she could. I am glad I stuck to my guns with my original valuation though and not reduce it so quickly as was advised by one Haart colleague - so don't be swayed too quickly if you are advised to reduce your asking price! But overall I'd work with Haart again.

This branch is a top performer in the local area. Branch head David Karass is an talented salesman with good ethics, he found me a buyer within a week. The sales processor Valerie has a fat book of contacts in the council, she is an excellent communicator , she pushes through the sales quickly with lawyers. If you want your property sold + completed quickly, then get David to find the deal and Valerie processes it, they are a golden combination in my opinion.
