TwoCan 'Selling of 2 bed semi - Forest of Dean'

We had an excellent experience with Twocan, the staff particularly Simon & Danielle were brilliant. They communicated frequently and responded to questions really promptly - felt like a personal service! Initially we had gone with a high-street agent (Bidmeadcook) then came across Twocan soon after so decided to go joint agency. We needen't have bothered with joint agency, TwoCan arrived promptly after our call and we were sold at a good price in less than twoweeks! The High-street Agent had yet to even get us a viewing! They kept in constant contact whilst we hunted and offered on our property to purchase, and were invaluable whilst we navigated exceptionally slow solicitors - they really speeded the process up by offering a route of contact with our purchaser. Highly recommended, we will certainly be going straight to them next time!

professional and proactive

Selling a house is probably one of the most stressful things anyone can undertake. Thank goodness for twocan. Always on hand and contactable. Always responsive. Honest and rreliable. If you need a professional twocan is the estate agent to use. We sold our house twice in a week for the full asking price. Only use if forced to.

We had to choose TwoCan as agent as they are partnered with Two Rivers which we the leaseholders of the Shared Ownership property. Being honest, I would have preferred an independent agent but TwoCan would still require payment on top of an independent agents fees. The communication from some staff at TwoCan was unprofessional at the best of times, however i cannot endorse Nicola Smith enough. If she was around all the time, it would be 5 stars all round. Be cautious that this agent does not perform viewings at weekends or evenings which may delay sale timescales. If selling via Shared Ownership, they do not advertise 100% share (which is fair). They also shared my contact number with the buyers without consent, so a potential GDPR breach.

Sale if a Shared ownership property

TwoCan Estate Agent are very experienced with shared ownership property's. They were able to sort everything out for us and left no stone unturned. They vetted each potential buyer to make sure they met the strick criteria conditions what were placed on our property before they came to visit. Our property sold instantly however due to no fault of the estate agents it fell though. They quickly found another buyer who was successful. Their communication is second to none. As you alway have a reply with in 24hours however its usually instantly! Can't fault. Would highly recommend to anyone.
