View AgentsFantastic!!!!
Two Can and especially Nicola were absolutely fantastic! Although coming across a few hiccups along the way with solicitors and lenders and the dreaded COVID! Nicola was very reassuring and made a whirlwind situation much more bearable. Two can & Nicola kept very good communication with us throughout. Can’t fault them at all!! Thank you very much for making our home buying journey as smooth running as you could!

View AgentsThe agent - Nicola Smith
Helpful, vocal and gets the job done... Couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with my case, she helped me get the property, chase up my solicitors and shown me around (obviously), but nonetheless, I can't fault her, now if she could just move in with me and be just as helpful now business is taken care of, I feel like she'd get more done around my house than I have 😂 although I have no other estate agent to compare to, out of all the parties involved in my process, both parties solicitors, conveyers, sellers and the estate agent herself, she definitely did the work, so hi-fives and fist bumps to her.

Nicola was such a help during the process. As we were first time buyers we were unsure of processes. Nicola was there to help the whole way through the process and we cannot thank her enough.

Purchased a property through Andy. Additional visits to the property were no issues even on Saturdays to get quotes for work before purchase. Excellent communication throughout the time of first viewing to completion. Thoroughly recommended

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
13 reviews from buyers, rated 5.0 out of 5 on average. For example, Tom wrote: "Two Can and especially Nicola were absolutely fantastic! Although coming across a few hiccups along the way with solicitors and lenders and the dreaded COVID! ..."
The reviewer ticked it on the review form, the agent recorded it, or the review says so. Reviews that do not say are not counted here, so the real number is usually higher.
