GoogleAll the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Denise looked after us from the start at our viewing up until our move in date. She is super professional and helpful. She kept us up to date throughout the whole process and even came in on her day off to ensure all checks were tied so we could get the keys on time. Thank you!

GoogleAbsolutely rubbish service. First property viewing no agent showed up - I waited twenty minutes. Another property advertised with them that I arranged to view (reluctantly because it was with this agency!!) No-one was home when we went round at our pre-arranged time. The third one (I know I should have given up then!!) We arrived to be told the property had been sold and the owner had instructed them to cancel our viewing which your move whickham hadn't bothered to do. Avoid this agency!

GoogleEver since Your Move have taken over my tenancy, things have run very smoothly. Previously, things took months to be done and very little help was given, but since Bethany and Your Move have taken over, everything has been done swiftly and they have been extremely helpful.
