Googleupdated on 26/01/2021 very bad experience in returning deposit. It has been nearly half year and nothing. tried contacting several times but no progress.

GoogleLovely helpful estate agent, they tried really hard to find some great properties...Could've done with hard copies of the contracts though and perhaps more information on the landlord of our property. Otherwise great!

GoogleAwful business practices, won’t engage with tenants who have legitimate grievances with regards to mould and other issues. Would suggest you avoid.

GoogleAvoid. Horrendous company. Unorganised and consistently fail to refund after chasing numerous times. Don’t trust them. Poor communication and inadequate staff.

GoogleThe service was pretty good, always replaying answer as soon as possible. Interested in showing properties and to negotiated payment.
