YellProfessional and efficient letting agent
I was recommended Rhapsody Property Consultants from a Newcastle sales agent who doesn't deal with lettings as I had a couple of properties I wanted to rent out. They were professional, efficient and have managed my properties for the last year. They are always on hand to deal with any maintenance issues on my properties, and have also recommended refurbishment ideas which I loved! Thank you to the lovely team at Rhapsody!

YellCan't fault our experience!
I can't fault our experience with Rhapsody Lettings. They found us a lovely property that met our specifications and they looked after it to such a high standard whilst we lived there. At the end of our tenancy we made sure we left the property in good condition, following the guidelines they sent us and we had our full security deposit back with 5 days. We certainly recommend Rhapsody.

Very great experience! Rhapsody made the rental process very easy, and clearly explained all the steps that I needed to take. I appreciated that they were so quick to respond and kept me in the loop with what was going on. After having so many bad experiences with other letting agents in Newcastle, it was so refreshing to deal with a company as helpful as Rhapsody.

GoogleThe tenant did not have much of a choice, was left with none, only with a court. I think this agency should not be reccomended to anyone, unless you want to have peoblem.
All deposits for our properties are held with the DPS (deposit protection scheme) and not with Rhapsody, For the property you are referring to we claimed for some damages as the property was not left in a suitable condition, the tenants were given a full inventory so they knew what condition the property should be left in. However in this case the tenants actually agreed with the DPS that we could access part of the deposit for relevant damages and cleaning.

GoogleThe service given during our tenacy was up to standards. However when it came to ending our tenacy they picked on literally anything and everything and provided over priced quotes to get as much as possible from the deposit . For example they asked for £305 just to “clean” 1 bedroom apartment with no carpets! A word of advice avoid this company!

GoogleWe have had very positive dealings with Rhapsody. They were caring to us as tenants, and took care of the property. Found them to be efficient, professional, personal and friendly. Hard to find these days. We have rented many properties, and there are few agencies we would trust, this is one of them.

GoogleWARNING!!! THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL THIEVES. DO NOT EVEN GET CLOSE TO THEIR OFFICE. THEY WILL DEFINITELY STEAL YOUR MONEY. THEY STOLE OUR 300 POUNDS. BETTER STAY AWAY FROM THEM FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
