My experience with Wendy Burbridge for the very limited time she was involved went very well, however the whole process of selling using the Patterson nominated solicitor was terrible and took forever to get completion on the basis that it was a cash sale and the buyer never had a building survey.When attempting to contact the actual solicitor phone calls were never returned neither were emails.

Pattisons have been amazing with myself and my move. Very considerate to the fact I was on a time scale as I am heavily pregnant and very consistent with keeping in touch and letting me know updates on the property etc. Really kind and helpful staff!

Ruth told me she would call to arrange a viewing, I never heard from her again. She ignored around 10 calls throughout the week and when I contacted the office I was told by someone else the property had gone. Do not deal with this company

Auction for land in Blackpool common edge road, even though it was over twice the Guide price we was waiting to place a bid .... 3 hours before the auction had finished it was removed from sale.... wasting time viewing arranging funds and waiting to bid....

I would like to commend Pattinson, Estate Agents on the timely, professional and friendly service and advice their staff have given me concerning the sale and purchase of property. In particular I would like to acknowledge the support and professionalism of Emily Leightley, Valuation Manager, Bedlington Branch. She was encouraging, taking time to explain the processes involved, responding in a timely manner and dealing with my queries as they arose. I particularly appreciated this, as I have been in my present property for over 40 years, so it was with trepidation I took the first steps toward sale and purchase, however I felt well supported and secure with Emily on board.

Online site seems very good, but, by goodness try and get in touch with them and unless you are a master at blackmagic you have no hope. I've sent multiple messages via RightMove and none are returned. On one of them they did return the call to have a bit of a go to say they'd spoke to me before - which they hadnt. Sellers? I'd go somewhere that actually cares about attempting to sell your home. I'm a buyer with no chain and mortgages in place yet they will not engage.

I needed to move from York to the Newcastle area just after the lockdown began to be lifted. Finding somewhere to rent was proving really difficult until I contacted Lyndsay Greenwell from the Whickham branch of Pattinsons. She arranged for me to see a number of properties in one day so I could make the most of travelling up to the North East. Every property was good and I found a great property that met all of my requirements. Lyndsay told me they'd look after me and she really did. Thankyou.
