Very happy with the service from the team at Alexander Hudson Estates, friendly and professional from my first chat with the team to book in a valuation to agreeing a sale. Couldn't be more helpful taking viewings when I wasn't available and providing feedback. They generated lots of interest in my property and within a few weeks I'd had several offers. Great service and I would definitely recommend.

I had a faulty central heating control unit upstairs, which meant we had no heating at a bad time of the year. Heather and their team walked me through how to remove the control unit from the wall, and it simply needed batteries fitting.

I used Alexander Hudson to sell my property & they were also the agent for the property I purchased. I can't speak highly enough of them. Alex & Jenny are so helpful they do everything they possibly can to make things as easy & straight forward as possible. I would highly recommend them as an agent.

GoogleAlexander was a great asset to have in the purchase of our house. Communication was forthcoming and he was always free to chat and answer queries. I'm so pleased to have bought the house and now have Alexander as a neighbour! A proper estate agent who cares, unlike my own estate in my house sale.
Good afternoon Noel, thank you so much for the feedback and positive review. It was great working together and I look forward to bumping into you soon. I hope you enjoy your new home, it stunning. Alexander Hudson

TrustpilotAlexander Hudson are like no other…
Alexander Hudson are like no other estate agent we have ever worked with ! We bought our first house in 1977 and have changed property a good few times since then. I wish that we had these guys to work with every time. They are professional, friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble and no question is too silly. With their help, we have sold a property from way out of area as easily as if we lived there. And all of that with Covid restrictions as well. Alexander, Jess and Jennifer, you are all absolute stars !! We would like to thank you so much for making a difficult situation so much easier to handle.

TrustpilotFriendly, supportive and informative staff
We sold our house in February and completed ion 12th May. Alex Hudson and all staff were particularly supportive and helpful with negotiations within the chain and between solicitors. Any issues (as there invariably are) between sellers and buyers were promptly resolved. We would definitely use Alex Hudson again if we still lived in Newcastle. Big thank you to all of the staff!

FacebookWe used Alexander Hudson for the sale of our property and our new property was for sale with them. Alexander and his team were excellent from start to finish, he even came to take our photos etc on a Sunday due to our shifts. Without him doing this no doubt we would have missed out on our new home. Our house sold within 24 hrs undoubtedly aided by the fantastic photos Alexander took. Throughout the process we were kept informed and although the chain was challenging at times, we are now very happy in our new home. I would like to thank Alexander, Jennifer and all at Alexander Hudson for their help and guidance throughout. I wholeheartedly would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Mr & Mrs Gosling
