FacebookI don't usually give feedback to organisations but when credit is due I am happy to do so. Mark was introduced to us by a neighbour earlier this year when we were preparing our house to sell. We had a very frank and open discussion about the "real" value of the property and agreed a very reasonable marketing fee. I honestly couldn't see what advantage a high street estate agent would be able to offer us that Mark could not, (given that the 1st place that we all go to these days to find a house is rightmove). I did have a high street agent call round to value our house and quote a fee but it was obvious to me that their aim was to sell for as little as possible, (to get a quick sale)! and charge as much as possible! I am very pleased to say that Mark sold our house in less than a week achieving £16K more than the other agent had said we could expect, (if we were lucky)! and for a fraction of the cost too. Mark is very keen on property presentation, (pictures are everything), and he is available pretty much any time. He even continued to liase with us and our buyer whilst on his summer hols! I can confidently recommend iHome4sale and wish Mark every success. Thanks for a great service.
