GoogleExcellent support from Bramptons, and in particular Naomi. Bramptons manages my property letting, and the best compliment I can give is I often forget I have a property under management. If there have been any issues they have been sorted quickly and professionally, and I cannot speak highly enough for the team. I know my property is in safe hands with you guys :-)

When we decided to sell a property this summer, they were our first port of call and the service they've provided has been excellent. GoogleMy experience is 1 for the books. Firstly they are always too busy to show you a property......try them before you advertise. The property is a detached probate property where the vendor and her sister are in agreements and so 4 months after my offer was accepted. They still had not applied for the grant of probate costing me money. Estate agents never made clear ot was a probate property from the start. And I doubt they even had signatures from both sisters. What's even worse is after all of that and I lost money. They re-marketed it with no care to clients losing money. The attitude when I spoke to them was so what we can sell it at that price all day. So be careful. I'm gonna see what I can do legally and I'm taking my story to the local paper as agencies like this need to be exposed when they get it badly wrong.

GoogleWhen we decided to move I rang around local estate agents to see what their charges were. Out of 6 agents Bramptons were the only ones who took their time to speak to me and go though what they charged and what that charge covered. They did not push to come round where all the others did. I liked their professionalism on the phone and their friendliness too. When Adam came round again he was not pushy but professional and explained what Bramptons offered and he gave us an idea of what our property was worth. We decided to sign up with Bramptons and we’re told that Dianne would be the agent who would be dealing with our sale. What can I say about Dianne? Anyone would think it was her property that she was selling. She kept in touch every week letting us know what was happening with the sale. We sold quite quickly but unfortunately it fell through, when Dianne rang me to tell me this news I think she was in tears with me and she promised we would sell again. She was right! Within 10 minutes of our property going back on the market she had another 2 viewings lined up and the day after it was sold again. All through this sale Dianne kept us informed of how it was going and was a great ‘go-between’ between us and our buyer. When we handed our keys over to her on the day of completion she was as excited as we were, it was if she was moving into a new home. We received a lovely email from her today and we know if we needed to we can contact her even though we are not her clients. The whole process of moving, from the initial phone call to handing over the keys has been made a pleasant one because of Bramptons professionalism and friendliness of all staff. GoogleI would definitely use their services again and would recommend anyone who is purchasing a property (even if not going through Brampton's) to check their mortgage services. I went with them throughout the property purchase and mortgage services (which was the best decision I could make) that I had to leave a review like this. Not only were they very professional, but they were also happy, helpful and friendly. And a special mention to Gayle! She kept in constant contact and kept me updated with the progress. GoogleThe team at Bramptons have been professional and extremely helpful throughout our recent house purchase. There were issues with the vendors solicitors and it was Louise and Diane who liaised directly with the vendors for us and got things back on track so that the purchase could still go through. They kept us informed and responded promptly every time we needed information. We would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you

GoogleI can highly recommend Brampton’s Estate agents!! I sold my house and purchased my next house through Brampton’s in December 2020. From my initial telephone call to value my house the service has been responsive, consistent, supportive and reliable. Adam’s valuation of my property, which was only 24hrs after my initial phone call (some local estate agents were quoting a 1-2 week wait just for a valuation, not ideal if you’ve seen a property for sale your interested in buying) was realistic and he wasn’t pushy and the photos he took of my property and the description were very impressive. Adam had my property online and up for sale within 24hrs!! My house sold within 2 weeks. I thought Brampton’s selling fees were great value for money and the most competitively locally priced estate agents in Newcastle-Under-Lyme especially in comparison to other online estate agents, who charge £1000+ whether they sell your house or not. Overall a 5* service from Adam and Louise at Brampton’s. An excellent local family estate agents who provide the very best service. If your looking to sell your home, don’t hesitate to pick up the phone and give them a call I can highly recommend!

GoogleRecently sold my 3 bed house in Basford, with Brampton's, who I have been using for mortgage, finance and property services, during the past few years. After getting in touch with Louise to start the process, they quickly visited my house to take photos and write up the add - which we tweaked together. In the first 2 weeks there was a steady stream of viewings.. (more than I was expecting) and I was quickly able to agree an offer, slightly above my advertised price, and also with a timeline that we mutually agreed to suit my needs of moving to a new-build. During the following weeks there were regular updates, especially from Gayle and Diane, and finally the house has sold and everything went to plan. Thanks for all the help to sell my house, and helping to achieve the price & timing I was hoping for. Happy to recommend to others.. 5**
