Louise and her team have been a fantastic source of knowledge and efficiency, highly professional and extremely helpful. FacebookOver the years I have used Bramptons to sell 2 houses and have renting a house through them. They have been brilliant every time. Their prices are extremely competitive but their customer service is still great. They’re a family run business and you can tell this by how they always know what’s going on with your property despite who is dealing with it. A massive thank you to Dianne, Louise and Adam for helping my sale go through a second time.

They were able to help with recommendations for other services. All in all a great, friendly service with a really personal touch, who I would absolutely recommend. For the most recent sale I also used their Financial Advisor Services. Absolutely everyone I have dealt with at Bramptons has been super helpful, very friendly and always professional. Special thank you to Louise and Adam from the Estate Agency team and also to Gayle and Matt from the Financial Advisor team who are all awesome! You can really tell they take being a family business to heart and it shows in their level of service and care. I would highly recommend Bramptons for all of your Estate Agency needs, I know I will definitely be coming back to them in the future.

We really appreciated Adam’s honesty on valuing our home which ultimately saw it sell within a week of going on the market. He understood exactly what we were looking for and we are extremely grateful he showed us a property we might have otherwise discounted but turned out to be our perfect new home. The staff are all so friendly, providing regular updates along with offering reassurance and support throughout. A big thank you to Louise in particular! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bramptons again. Louise and Diane were two of the loveliest girls and honestly could not do enough for us. It’s so nice to have such friendly staff after the solicitors we dealt with! FacebookWe bought our first home with Bramptons eight years ago and were so happy with them that when it come to us wanting to sell it we went with them again and they were brilliant! We completed two weeks ago and can't thank them enough! Adam and Louise were a pleasure to talk to and deal with throughout, their knowledge and expertise was so helpful all the way through. With the pandemic going on as well they put us at ease and couldn't of done more! GoogleCannot recommend Brampton’s highly enough. A thoroughly professional service from all the staff: in-depth knowledge of the selling process and the local area, prompt and expert responses to any queries or issues that arose, combined with personal and thoughtful support that meant so much when things got stressful particularly around deadlines, as they do. Nothing was too much trouble. Not planning on moving again for some time but when I do it will be through them.

It was very much a stop start process due to the first sale falling through, however the team worked tirelessly and our house sold again in five days. Very professional, informative and after a while it very much felt like friends calling you up for a chat, especially through the periods of lockdown . Again my husband and I highly recommend.

GoogleRecently completed a protracted sale of our property, with a few twists and turns along the way. The initial survey and fee quote from Adam was very competitive, and the subsequent service from Louise and Diane was second to none. The delay in the sale was down to our purchase of a new-build which took longer than expected to be completed, and therefore Louise and Diane needed to have some difficult conversations with our buyers which they carried out in a professional manner. Would highly recommend the team at Bramptons for your house sale!
