GoogleWe were very impressed with the service provided by the team at Savills in Newbury. They sent a number of people to view our property and found us a buyer very quickly. Even more impressive, after our initial chain fell apart, they found us another buyer within days and we proceeded to completion very rapidly and smoothly. I would recommend Savills to anyone, especially if you a 'special' property which is a little out of the mainstream, as we had.

GoogleSavills team in Newbury provide a world-class, first rate service. With the help of Patrick and Matthew (as back-up), we managed to sell our home within one day and two viewings! We also obtained a full asking price. This fantastic outcome is a consequence of a very professional preparation and planning as well as leveraging Savills network of buyers well before the house was placed on the market. From what I see, Patrick and Savills team also provide a fantastic support to the buyers even after the sale. I recommend Savills very highly!

Buying or selling a house can be quite traumatic, but they made everything run like clockwork, and they were always on hand when any questioned needed answering or any problems sorting out.
