We chose Savills because from the first conversation, the team was professional, knowledgeable and projected a genuine warmth and interest in our property. Everyone we have dealt with has been a delight, and we would like to give a specific recommendation for Cameron Power. By coincidence, we are working with Cameron on both sale and purchase and he is exemplary in all respects. Cameron has a wonderful rapport with people, combined with being super efficient, pro-active and knowledgeable about all the mechanics of buying and selling property. Cameron has gone above and beyond to ensure that everyone has the information they need and to sort out any issues calmly and professionally. Above all, as his clients, we really feel he is taking care of our interests - and the whole chain. If we ever move again, we will call him for sure!

GoogleWe had a particularly difficult sale with the last of the chain experiencing many difficulties. It was certainly the tenacious and strong representation from Claire ( in Newbury office ) who helped the process over the line. A good communicator who regularly informed us as to the progress of the sale. I have now used Savills twice in my house moves and would recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleWould recommend Savills highly.The sale of our parents property sold with planning permission to demolish and rebuild with 2 new 4 bedroom houses took quite a few knock backs ,our contact was Fin Hughes so helpful also on the end of the phone or email as this was emotional and at times upsetting he always put at ease nothing was to much trouble for him .would very highly recommend Fin Hughes.. thank you from all the family Bonnie&Peter

GoogleIn the first instance it was Victoria's enthusiasm for the house and garden and her close knowledge of local schools which won us over. Victoria remained positive and upbeat throughout and was reassuring when snags arose. Viewing appointments were managed efficiently and we had an offer for the asking price within less than 2 weeks of going on the market. Overall we were very satisfied with the service we received - there were one or two occasions when an update would have been appreciated without us having to contact the office but this would be the only improvement point we would raise.

GoogleClaire in the Newbury team has been wonderfully supportive during the purchase of our new house. We were able to view the house a number of times with ease, it was available to walk round with our architect to allow us to make plans and she kept in regular contact through out. I will certainly place them at the top of my list if ever we need an estate agent.
