GoogleDealt with Monika through lettings with Carter Jonas Newbury. It had been a while since my wife and I had rented. Monika made it a breeze, showed us the perfect home. Monika was responsive, professional and managed the successful letting perfectly. Ive dealt with many agents in the past and Monika was absolutely perfect.

Absolutely diabolical service. After signing the letting agreement for my student son a property manager was appointed who was nothing to do with Carter Jonas. We have been privy to so much email traffic with the 2 agents unable to agree who had responsibility for what. I’m yet to be convinced we will see our deposit returned and a the reference my son will need for his next flat. Please avoid these people as it is an incredibly stressful experience. I’m staggered with the lack of professionalism on display. I’ve made sure I’m telling my friends and colleagues about my experience.

Ed's experience, advice, professionalism and perseverance never waivered from beginning to end of the sale cycle and in his absence a team member from Carter Jonas was always available to speak to and calls were promptly returned. GoogleHighly recommend the Carter Jonas team, in particular I dealt with Andrew and Izzy. Exchanged contracts today on a purchase and sale with them. Throughout a very stressful process of buying and selling they made the whole experience a lot more tolerable. Great communication throughout and nothing was to much trouble.

They paid attention to the details of how to really promote the property in the best way, and then actively worked their networks. This led to multiple offers and a successful sale.
