GoogleDaniel and Abi are a great team. They are professional and efficient in everything they do and whilst covering all aspects are still able to work quickly to achieve the desired result. The task I gave them was to find a suitable tenant and this they accomplished very speedily.

FacebookBeing first time landlords, we were a bit unsure where to start but after researching online and coming across Buttercross Estates, we soon felt at ease. The team are very impressive with their knowledge and advice and within hours of our property going live on the market to rent, we had potential tenants viewing our property. Within 3 weeks we had our new tenants moving in..pretty impressive! We would definately recommend Buttercross estates to anyone wanting to let out thier property.

FacebookWhat an amazing letting agent!! 🤩 boiler in my rented flat broke down Wednesday, plumber straight out to diagnose. Sadly beyond repair, new one installed and working within 48 hours!!! Can’t recommend more highly, thanks Buttercross 😊

GoogleAs the owner of a successful business, I contacted Buttercross to negotiate a let on a commercial property. They failed to return my calls when promised, and the agent lacked any sort of enthusiasm or energy in negotiation. Phone calls were abrupt and unfriendly.
Thanks for your feedback Ben. Sorry we were unable to help on this occasion. We put forward your proposal to the landlord despite it being £310pcm less than the offered rent. Your offer was responded to within 2 days as was communicated to you. Since your offer was rejected I can't see any further communication that we've failed to respond to. I hope you managed to find an alternative unit in the end.

Sorry again that you missed out on a property. As we discussed, the landlord opted to go for an application after the first round of viewings. We had a lot of interest in the property and whilst we do attempt to get everyone round, ultimately its the landlord who makes the final decision and if they want to take an application forward before all viewings have been concluded then that's what will happen. Hi Dorata, i'm sorry to hear that you haven't had a positive experience with us. As i mentioned at your property visit today, it was a genuine admin error where the wrong time was selected in the diary but i can assure you that it won't happen again. I completely understand your frustration with tradesmen arriving later than planned, especially at such short notice, we have fed this back to them and they have assured me that they will give me notice if they need to change the appointment time. As i mentioned at the visit, tradespeople do not work for Buttercross Estates so we often don't know if they're running late but we will always contact them as soon as we're made aware. I appreciate that this doesn't rectify the inconvenience to yourselves but i certainly hope we can change your opinion of us over time. Please do get in touch if you'd like to discuss it further. Porta available in several languages, so it does not discriminate against any nation. If I had to choose again, I would choose just Buttercross!
