GoogleI’ve had a really positive experience with Buttercross Estates. They're always willing to help. Though, Shout out to Amber, who has been absolutely fantastic. She’s always helpful, approachable and quick to respond whenever there are questions or updates needed. Dealing with someone so professional and supportive just makes the whole process much smoother.

GoogleI highly recommend Buttercross Estates. Moving house as we know is a very stressful process. When an estate agent takes the time to contact you with updates and ensures your buyers are well informed then at least one half of the process is stress free. When you add in advice and a shoulder to cry on the service goes above and beyond. I would definitely use them again and I thank them for the care and attention through out. Well done all.

GoogleI’m shocked and saddened that such disregard for people exists. However with Buttercross it certainly does. If you are a landlord and or tenant to be I would advise to seek alternative accommodation and or find a different letting agent . Please check up coming social media posts about recent breaches to recent tenants Reply to Buttercross 23/04/24 This is a footnote please do not make assumptions . I did bring up issues in emails .No reply. I thought you would reply if I made my issues public .please see further social posts with emails / pictures that have collated
Hi Samantha if you know someone that has an issue I would urge them to speak to us about it. There are always ongoing maintenance issues and if people are after updates please contact us directly. Posting generic reviews with no substance when you are not a customer isn't helpful for anyone.

GoogleSharing a review as a landlord whose property was let and managed for the last 7 years by Buttercross Estates - they really are a shining star of letting agents. They always seemed to find really decent, honest tenants, who stayed for long periods of time. They are excellent at managing the day to day ups and downs of being a landlord, and always got things sorted as well as being responsive. A special mention to the current Lettings Manager Erica - she really is exemplary. Professional, knowledgeable, calm, reassuring, and really very efficient. She also guided us through the ending of our tenancy, which was very tricky (due to our personal circumstances nothing to do with the tenant or Buttercross) and she just sorted it all - a first class service. We will no longer be landlords, but if we do go into it again, these guys will be first port of call. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleButtercross Estate agents very professional especially Pippa, she is compassionate , empathetic and there is never to much for her . She was keeping constant communications between us and the seller as well as chasing our solicitor. Pippa made sure everything was done or getting done in a timely manner so we could complete as soon as possible. Between large amount of calls back and forth she never sounded annoyed as no question was a stupid question. Pippa has explained everything in grate detail as buying first house and not knowing what comes next is very daunting so we had millions of questions and our solicitor was no help. She was like and angel I we could not thank her enough for everything she has done as without her sale probably not have happened due to lack of communication from our solicitor ect..

GoogleAs a new landlady Buttercross helped me through the whole process, were always available to answer queries and found me a variety of tenants to chose from. At the end of tenancies Abi has been absolutely fantastic, she is efficient, friendly and really listens to your personal circumstances. Would highly recommend for rental and for landlords :)
