The highly unprofessional, room temperature IQ lowlifes that run this agency, will appear unannounced at the property you live at, and eventually, send you an e-mail two days before your tenancy expires to inform you that the landlord has sold the property. I hope that a satellite falls on you. Pathetic.

Having previously rented with other Agents in the town we have found Belvoir Newark to be helpful and friendly. They made sure that everything with our move went smoothly and even sent us a welcome to your new home card after we had moved in. If we need any repairs to the house they arrange things as quickly as possible and keep us updated throughout. We would highly recommend them.

Best agency I've ever dealt with - having bounced from place to place since 2005, I've now settled down into a place all my own, which I only got thanks to the great advice given to me when viewing a different property of theirs. Absolutely disgusted with my experience of this lettings agency as a tenant. Unprofessional and eager to take money without resolving difficulties. Poorly maintained property with severe damp issues, and excessive charges for cleaning the property on vacation. Even used the landlord's own cleaning contractors to clean the property then billed me despite the property already being cleaned thoroughly - surely a conflict of interest here. When trying to resolve issues became hostile and unhelpful. Beware and don't use them if you can help it.

Belvoir are the best letting agency I have ever used. All the staff are friendly super efficient, their service is professional and fast. They are always very supportive liaising with our landlord - who is also excellent, resolving any issues with an outcome to suit all concerned. Always a pleasure to pop into the office! I don't even know where to start with this company! So I rented a 2 bed house in Balderton for 2 years and within this time I had the letting agents let themselfs in without prior written or verbal notice given on 4 occasions, one occasion my partner who had been working nights was in bed asleep! I have always paid my rent on time, kept the property to a good standard and communicated with them in a timely manner so it always shocked me why I was treated so badly! It all got to stressful with me being pregnant and unwell, I couldn't feel safe in a house I was paying a substantial amount to, and when I questioned this I was treated unfairly, I never received a apology and I just got argumentative comments back, even though it was Belvoir who had broken the tenancy agreement! They refused to let my landlady know what they had done or how they had spoken to me, so I asked for her details to contact her which they refused again. Luckly I had her address in my tenancy agreement so I wrote to her, and informed her of there misdoing to which she was disgusted by. I was left completely stressed out, upset, pregnant and feeling unsafe in my own home, so I saved at a alarming rate so I could buy my own house and not have to deal with these kind of circumstances again. When I took the keys back they greeted me with a smile until Introduced myself, they then snatched the keys from me and wouldnt provide us any documentation until we pressed for some. I was told recently by the "manager" that I had brought all the stress on myself and I didn't have any respect for them! I was also told that it was the landlady who paid them and they had nothing to do with me (funny that they don't make comments like this when your agreeing to rent a property). He was incredibly sarcastic towards the end and seemed very proud that they had made a 9 month pregnant lady move out of a property under undiscrible stress. So if you want to rent/buy from people that treat you well until they have your money and signature, have no morals and seem to enjoy mistreating people then this is the right company for you!

On vocating the property the inventory they sent us back was shocking saying damages wasnt there before moved in but they was already there on moving in as they was noted to them and took dated photos. Some of the staff was a bit rude didnt want to help because circumstances our we was in finding another property as we wanted to move as we though this would be easy to move with this agency again. Some of staff was helpful when we got our first property couldn't fault them.
