GoogleSteve and team are the best estate agents in New Romney and the surrounding area. Selling anything in a difficult market requires special skills...knowing your locality; matching precisely the potential buyer and property and then well beyond the norm to complete the purchase. Steve, Curtis and Jamie must have been fed to the back teeth with my pestering but if they were they never lost their good humour and enthusiasm. I have bought and sold quite a few properties but in my honest assessment Wards in New Romney are best of breed. Thank you, Steve and team...I am very grateful for your superb help.

GoogleExceptional Service. Wards New Romney & the team were fully supportive & helpful in assisting us with our recent purchase. In particular our agent Jake Hardyke was exceptional. He was friendly, helpful & fully onboard with completing our purchase. He assisted us most days with additional viewings, answering questions contacting our buyer & solicitor when needed. Encouraging us, to give us confidence all would be completed soon. We could not have asked for more. His relations with the other office staff & purchase progressor made everything easier. He also recommended we use their linked solicitors (Martin Tolhurst), this hugely improved the communication; we could not recommend this service enough. Jake could not have done more for us, he was patient, kind, understanding & helpful; he gave us so much time & assistance to get our purchase & sale completed we could not have asked for more. If you want a helpful & supportive experience, with clear communication & excellent customer service, choose Wards New Romney!!
