GoogleWe bought a flat through Harrisons and they handled it professionally, when the sale ran into problems, they were there to help and resolved it. We now rent it out with them and once again they have been very helpful and keep us informed of any issues. I would recommend them for sales and rental.

FacebookTERRIBLE experience!!! AVIOD AT ALL COSTS! "We could smell damp in our little old 4 year old girls hair every night when putting her to bed" ...heartbreaking.DAMP DAMP and more DAMP!!! see pictures.When we viewed this property we saw a dehumidifier in the dinning room. We asked if there had been any damp issues. The lady told us "no problems with damp at all".We felt completely let down and misled when soon after moving in we experienced HORRENDOUS damp problems. To the point that our child's clothes were ruined (400 pounds worth) and HEAVY MOULD was present on our FOOD in the cupboards just after 2 days of purchase! We later found out that previous tenants had complained about the damp and extra radiators were fitted to no avail. Neighbours told us that there was a history of tenants moving in and out because of damp issues.ELECTRIC SHOCKS...My wife had a big electric shock from a light switch. The light switch unit was replaced very quickly after reporting it to Harrison's. One month later I had BIG electric shock from the same switch. I questioned Harrison's and asked if the wiring had been checked and they said "oh no just the plastic switch has been replaced". They then investigated further find faulty wiring, surprise surprise. Our T.V. also shorted out in this property after all of the lights blew one night.Our garage flooded regularly because of a poorly maintained roof and more of our possessions were ruined. When I complained about it nothing happened and 3 weeks later we were served notice!To add balance, Harrison's were quick to respond BUT...This property was in poor condition and not safe to let. The landlord should be ashamed and Harrison's would do better to avoid clients such as this.I'm sure that Harrison's will reply to this with their very polished stock answers such as "we are sorry that you feel like this" and "we did our best and responded to all of your complaints quickly" and "lessons will be learn't" and "moving forward" The fact is Harrison's you caused a lot of stress for a year of our lives and let me, my wife and our little 4 year old girl down BIG TIME!NEVER AGAIN!
