GoogleI’m honestly shocked by all the positive reviews for SeOUL Estate Agents because my experience was the complete opposite. From the moment I contacted them, they were incredibly dismissive and made me feel like they had no interest in showing us the property.
Their tone on the phone was uninterested and unprofessional. They promised to call back to arrange a viewing but, of course, they never did. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is baffling, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

GoogleI have lived in New Malden for the last 3 years, and during that time I’ve had not one, but two deeply disappointing encounters with SeOUL Estate Agents.
The first was when I initially moved to the area. I reached out to them regarding rental properties, and they were almost impossible to get hold of. When I finally managed to speak to someone, it was abundantly clear they had no real interest in doing business with me. I was told they would follow up shortly, unsurprisingly, they never did. Unprofessional, to say the least.
Fast forward three years: my wife and I are now ready to buy a 3 - 4 bedroom property to settle into family life here. We noticed a property listed under SeOUL Estate Agents, and despite my earlier poor experience, I decided to give them another chance, assuming perhaps the first time had been a misunderstanding. Unfortunately, history repeated itself. Once again, they were incredibly difficult to reach, requiring multiple emails and phone calls just to get a response. Their excuse this time was that the property owners were “out of town” and viewings were difficult to arrange. We were told they’d be in touch, but just as before, we were left waiting with no follow-up.
This is a pattern of behaviour, not a one-off. It speaks to a complete lack of professionalism, reliability, and basic respect for potential clients.
Frankly, I am baffled by their positive reviews. In my direct experience, SeOUL Estate Agents are unresponsive, dismissive, and a waste of time. If you’re serious about renting or buying in New Malden, I strongly recommend avoiding them altogether.

GoogleShocking customer service. They seem totally disinterested to arrange a viewing for you. I feel sorry for people looking to rent their properties through this letting agents. I sent several emails as I wanted to rearrange a viewing of a house I am very keen on seeing. I was ignored, I called through and spoke to a ‘John’ who said he would call back (a week later STILL waiting) and when I called through again I basically got told ‘we will try our best to contact you back but you’re not the only person interested in that property’! I think I’ll just knock on the door myself so I don’t have to go through this awful agent.

They also organised a detailed inventory check-in completed by an independent third party prior to our move-in.

GoogleWe were encouraged to make a quick decision and submit our offer after viewing the property, as we were told the seller wanted to make a decision over the weekend. On Monday, we were informed that our offer had been accepted and that the seller was keen to proceed quickly. Based on this, we immediately engaged our solicitor to start the process.
However, just two days later, my husband followed up with the estate agent and was informed that a higher offer had come in, and they decided to go ahead with it instead. after we had already taken steps toward progressing the sale, felt unprofessional and disappointing.
