We recently completed a house purchase through Seoul estate agents and we are happy with the service we received. Lisa was the agent we dealt with for the particular house purchase and we found her to be very responsive and helpful. Whenever we had a question she’d give us prompt replies and updates when awaiting to hear back from the seller due to them being based abroad. Overall we found Seoul estate agents to be a very amicable agency to deal with. Not pushy or too salesy like other agents I have dealt with in the past. Would recommend if you are using them to purchase in the area.

We bought a house with SeOUL and the customer service was outstanding. We worked with Lisa and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with her and the team at SeOUL. Lisa knew the property and local area well. She was also very helpful when things were a bit 'messy' during the process (unrelated to SeOUL). We would definitely work with SeOUL again if we needed to buy or sell a home.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with the Seoul estate agency (New Malden) while selling our house. I was very happy with the service we received throughout the process - from the first meeting to the closing of the deal, they were professional and knowledgeable. In my opinion, what set them apart was their willingness to go that extra mile. Our agent, Tao, understood our situation and was patient and pragmatic. When we found a buyer, Tao was great at communicating with all parties in the chain to ensure everyone was aligned. We’d highly recommend this estate agency to anyone looking to buy or sell their property in the area. Thank you, Tao and Seoul, for persevering for us and for your great service!

In a situation where the landlord of a house I rented for 3 years requested that our family move out to live on his own based on the 2-year break clause, Ian of Seoul real eatate agency quickly sorted out the whole situation. I was able to finalize the 1 year rental contract in a prompt time to meet all my conditions and circumstances. And Ian is really friendly and competent.

I cannot give SeOUL enough stars! Selling a house is deeply stressful, especially when it's been a family home for decades; they *get* that. This is not your normal estate agents, heck, this is not your normal business, they focus deeply on their customers. A cynic could say that by doing that they get great outcomes for themselves too, but it's just part of their character and they deserve any good karma they get. I lost count of the number of times they gave time, creativity and support, well beyond what they needed to do. I wholeheartly recommend them!
