Mark came to do the valuation and although it pushed the boundaries for the location the valuation turned out to be spot on and the house sold within days for the asking price. We went to view a property on Cliff Road and unfortunately the estate agent was rude, abrupt and unprofessional. Quite frankly he was insulting and intimidating. We called the branch to arrange another viewing with an alternative estate agent but we were informed that we were unable to have an appointment with anybody else. This is such a shame as he's the branch manager and an awful representative of Clive Watkin.NegativeProfessionalism
