GoogleI have just, finally sold my house through Clive Watkin. I was not kept updated with progress etc. I had to constantly chase them up for any information or updates. I was always told that messages where being passed on etc and someone would call me back. This never happened. Needless to say that I won't be buying my next property through Clive Watkin. I hope they take this feedback onboard and improve going forward.

As you can appreciate your sale was quite complex with 3rd party solicitors involved. However I feel my team went above and beyond to get your sale through to completion and keep your buyers onboard. Looking through our notes on our system it seems our team had weekly updates with your self and the buyers so we can only apologise if you feel this was not enough. GoogleThey will take as much money as they can from your deposit. Take pictures of EVERYTHING when you move in and move out. They charged us £120 to clean carpets that were dirty when we moved in. Getting them to come and fix anything was impossible too. We lived with extreme flooding and faulty electrics, all the while paying almost £1000 a month.

GoogleI have had a great experience with clive watkin neston buying my house all staff really friendly and go above and beyond to help you buy the house that you want. Never thought it would be such and easy process .Also they have a mortgage advisor in house which helped alot with streamlining the mortgage process to buy a property.

GoogleTrying to arrange a lettings viewing here is difficult unless you happen to be a shift worker otherwise you stand little hope as they don’t seem to accommodate viewings outside of normal office hours mon - fri.
