Initially I believed this agent was very good, the managing director is lovely and friendly.The office staff however are extremely poor. After 4 months of my property being for sell with Welvan I have had no communication from their office. I make contact for feedback and am greeted via telephone with the rudest advisors, with no telephony skills. I requested in writing twice they remove my property from their business and this was not acted upon. The advert is out of date as I have since reduced the asking price. They would not know this due to the lacks of comms. Not recommended.

The house was sold, at a good price, within a couple of days. I was kept up to date with progress throughout. Top job. I would thoroughly recommend Welvan.

Avoid these cowboys. Arranged to view a property, agent said she would phone to check I would be there. No call came,so I attended agents office early to ensure viewing went ahead. People in office signing for the property I wanted. They didn't have the decency to inform me. Cowboys! Don't touch with a barge pole !!!
