GoogleMy husband has rented with this firm for a number of years. Last tenant moved out approximately 2 weeks ago left the paint work in awful condition. You would think that as a letting agent being paid a monthly fee they would carry out regular checks, they do not!!! Doesn't appear last check was carried out before tenants left. Bins overflowing outside property could cause rat infestation, walls painted in horrendous Colours with no consent, left masking tape on walls and painted over. Have paid monthly fee for nothing. If you value your rental property I would not advise you to hire this firm letting agents!!!

She has shown exemplary understanding of our situation as purchasers and makes every effort to respond to our queries within the hour and more often than not even faster than this. With the requirement of multiple pre purchase visits, no request has been too big and Vicky has done everything to help support us. We highly recommend HRT as an estate agent and specifically Vicky. GoogleAs a tenant, I couldn't have asked for a better estate agents. I have moved quite a bit over the years and have had so many estate agents, and most of them weren't great. I was actually shocked at how amazing these guys are. They are understanding, easy to talk to, kind, friendly and professional. The next time I move (because I'm not quite done yet) I will definitely be waiting for a property managed by Herbert R Thomas.

GoogleWhen dealing with estate agents I found that they promise a reliable service however under deliver however glad to say that HRT is not one of them. When enquiring about a rental property I was promptly booked in with Cara who was friendly and straight to the point. When viewing the property I was welcomed on time by Lewis who also answered any question I had in detail and even followed up with a courtesy call which wasn't expected but a welcome change. Although I didn't proceed with my application , at no fault to HRT, I was extremely impressed and would recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI have just bought a buy to let property through HRThomas Neath. Gavin and his sales team were really good, especially as my solicitor appeared to move more slowly that I hoped, and we had to exchange and complete on the same day nearly loosing the property. It was all very stressful for all parties and I was grateful for Gavins’ support. I am now using HRT to rent my property and I have been very impressed with Lewis from the lettings team. He has talked me through Rent Smart Wales and has been in regular contact re viewings and feedback. Unlike the English letting agent I am using for a different property. I can thoroughly recommend using HRT and am happy to say that within the month of purchase I have tenants moved in. I wouldn’t normally give five stars on any review so you can tell how impressed I am.

GoogleHad my property on the market for nearly a year with another estate agent with hardly a viewing . Decided to go with HRT . Best decision I ever made . The staff were excellent . Totally professional and kept me informed of everything from the outset . I had more viewings booked on the first day they marketed it than the first 6 months with my previous agent . GoogleAs a full time working mum who is privately renting due to a divorce .... I have to say from the moment I got in touch with Herbert R Thomas Neath branch their professionalism was the first thing I noticed. From the moment I booked the viewing, then viewing the house with Lewis which was done with no rush which made a big difference, then absolutely loving the home I was shown around which led onto me successfully having it & signing for it. Anything that I needed e.g. adjusting my moving in date to earlier than agreed was no problem for them. In the past unfortunately I've had bad experiences with privately renting but I feel so assured and happy due to the wonderful staff in the Neath branch. I've now moved in and everything has been done to make sure it all went smoothly. I would highly recommend Herbert R Thomas to Anyone who needs a solid contract and a home with management they can rely on. Thank you guys :)
