We had such a positive, stress-free experience buying our first home. Carolanna was incredible from start to finish; so knowledgeable, warm, and completely on the ball with everything. She kept us updated throughout and made the whole process feel smooth and well managed. We always felt in safe hands with her and nothing was too much to ask. Vicky in sales progression was also brilliant, ensuring everything moved along seamlessly and keeping us informed at each stage. Every interaction we had with Megan was friendly and welcoming, such a lovely team to deal with. We’re so grateful for all their support and couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you so much for helping us into our first home!

We received a superb professional service from start to finish with HRT Neath office, during our recent house sale. Hayley's local market knowledge, advice and attention to detail was first class. Communication was excellent with Carolanna, Megan and the team, making the whole process smooth and reassuring. We would highly recommend them without hesitation. 5 STAR Service! Thank you.

My experience from the very first contact right through to signing a tenancy and ever since has been excellent. Outstanding customer service, seamless, efficient and professional. Lewis went above and beyond to help me find a property that suits my personal circumstance. I had been let down by another local agent and the difference in customer care and quality of service shown at Hrt was worlds apart in comparison. Would highly recommend them.PositiveProfessionalism

We had an excellent experience with HRT, and having used various local estate agents previously, we would only recommend HRT to friends & family. Steffan was excellent throughout, extremely responsive & professional; we wish we’d used them before. He had someone in mind for our house when he valued it & within 2 hours we had accepted an offer-we didn’t need to even go to market! Whilst I appreciate that will always be fairly unusual, Steffan pulled it off & we are so thankful for that!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We have been renting with HRT since 2019. Lewis has been fantastic throughout. He has responded promptly to every issue and was great throughout 2020. For reasons out of our (and his) control we have recently had to move. He helped us find our home and has done everything possible to make the move as smooth as possible - he even had a cupboard moved in the kitchen for us to create more space. We can't recommend HRT enough.

We recently sold our home through HRT and the service provided was first class. Both Vicky and Hayley were personable, friendly, helpful and efficient, as was Ceri-Ann. Any queries we had were dealt with promptly, and their support through the buying and selling process was genuine and very much appreciated. Our experience dealing with HRT was completely positive, and we recommend them without reservation. Jen and Steve Mills

I would strongly recommend Herbert R Thomas, Neath if you are considering selling your home. Gavin was extremely professional and delivered on everything that he promised in our first meeting. He displayed great knowledge of the local market and was confident in his valuation. He had a thought-out sales strategy and a number of potential buyers lined up on his database. We benefitted from the personal touch and continued involvement that he had promised us. We received an offer, meeting our price aspirations very shortly after putting the house on the market. Things also got difficult nearing exchange with continued unsubstantiated delays from the buyers' solicitors. Gavin supported us with balanced professional support and intervention, assisting in breaking this impasse and getting the sale over the line in our required timescales. HRT gave us an exceptional service and I would not hesitate in recommending them.
