GoogleDreadful experience. As buyers, they gave us inaccurate information about warranty and drainage on a new build, they didn't read e-mails properly or only responded to parts of e-mails, failed to pass on messages to the vendor and the so called branch manager didn't have the courtesy or the where-with-all to answer or acknowledge any of the 4 e-mails we sent her. I would not recommend this lot if they were the only agents in Wales - which fortunately they are not!

GoogleI recently purchased a property with Clee's Neath branch. They were always helpful and very quick to respond to any queries I had, and explaining process. Very helpful and friendly bunch which made what's usually a stressful time a lot nicer.

GoogleI purchased a house through the Neath Branch. Me and my son were shown a few houses by Sian who was helpful and answered our questions. The office staff were great always someone on the phone. Im happy the house I liked had this team behind it and I would recommend to others

Currently on with this agent. Very little communication from them. Always seem to be chasing them to confirm appointments and zero feedback from viewings. On the plus side, agent always on time and positive.

CTF dealt with the sale of our property during lockdown. Staff were brilliant and helpful, kept us up.to.date and were 100% professional during visits. Loved their approach to marketing and the floor plans znd they definitely showed our house off to its full potential. So much so, we had an offer from our first viewing!
