GoogleI'd give a zero star rating only I'm unable. We bought a house recently from here and when we went to view the property we asked about social housing in the development. We were lied to by Rosemary. Stated the houses are dotted around and you wouldn't notice, instead we have purchased our new home which in a development which is nearly all social housing..... I'm from social housing so I know the good and the bad. But be honest with customers. Its their lives not just a sale. Very bad experience on the day getting our keys. My only advice would be if you have a query get the answer in writing or an email.

GoogleNot a good experience, on the date for closing and getting my house, their solicitor was "out of the office" was left homeless for nearly a week with a family and nowhere to go before the solicitor finally showed, bought the house with the price including appliances, specifically asked if they were all working as didn't want to be stuck after giving my own away, was told yes but on moving in this wasn't the case, had to then pay for somebody to remove broken fridge freezer and purchase a new one, when I told the estate agent all I got back was"theres no guarantee with second hand goods" no help whatsoever once they had their money!
