GoogleHomeless 13 days before Christmas. We had just settled in and my partners father too very ill and had no one else to care for him. We were in a situation where we had to mind him in hospital and his 2 house dogs, we took the dogs in as the lease stated pets allowed with the landlords permission and had intended to reach out to the agency. We had been between work and the hospital and 2 days after this received an email forcing us to leave immediately as we were presented with the ultimatum of removing the dogs or leaving the property. The house we let was a rural cottage in the countryside and it unfolded the agency had sent someone out to our property without informing us beforehand who had seen the dogs and reported them. The whole situation caused us a lot more stress on top of what we were already dealing with and there was no empathy shown from the agency just an ultimatum to 'remove the animals immediately' with no tolerance despite what the lease stated. There was no privacy in this property either, on a separate occasion we had left our bins out for collection in front of the closed gate and someone had brought them back in and put them back in the shed unemptied which we found when we arrived home from work.

Throughout my process Lorraine helped me through every stage and never failed to explained in detail of what was happening and if I ever had a question or I wasn’t sure, I would always get an explanation. If I ever had a problem and would contact them they would get back to me within minutes with a next step for me. Made my purchasing a house a wonderful experience! I would highly recommend Raymond Potterton.

GoogleI'd give a zero star rating only I'm unable. We bought a house recently from here and when we went to view the property we asked about social housing in the development. We were lied to by Rosemary. Stated the houses are dotted around and you wouldn't notice, instead we have purchased our new home which in a development which is nearly all social housing..... I'm from social housing so I know the good and the bad. But be honest with customers. Its their lives not just a sale. Very bad experience on the day getting our keys. My only advice would be if you have a query get the answer in writing or an email.
