Kate kept me sane and very well imformed through the final stage of the sale of my property and purchase of my new place as it turned imto a bit of a difficult situation. GoogleKEEP AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I wish I could give even lower star for what Carlton estates have done to us, taking our £1200 deposit from us and trying to charge us for staying an extra couple of days because they wanted a new tenant. Carlton estates charged us a double deposit for not have a "valid garrentor" then when it came to us wanting to leave early from our contract we were told if we can find a new tenant within three months you can have your deposit back. They ended up finding a new tenant in 1 week but never refunded us our £1200 deposit and tried to kick us out even earlier when we had no where else to go we had to move in with my parents for a short time, otherwise they were going to charge us a rate of £40 a day. We also had taken time of work so they could do repairs to the property, waited in three times, that's three days of work we had to miss getting paid so they could get Cowboys to do dodgy bodge jobbing, and then have the cheek to charge us per day we stay there when we were given a days notice to leave. But they kept reassuring us we don't have to be there for us to do the work, I'm afraid you were never going anywhere near our belongings without me being there. Absolute idiots I'd be using a lot more harsh wording if I were allowed NEVER USE THESE MORONS THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT NO MATTER WHAT!
