GoogleWe have had an absolutely OUTSTANDING service from Martin and Caroline of West Wales Properties! We've had a particularly tricky probate property to sell, which was fraught with problems from start to finish. Martin and Caroline supported us constantly on and beyond what we would of expected an Estate Agent to do !They kept communication open between all parties , clarified and helped to resolve any confusion and problems. GoogleIf I could give seven stars for a great service in helping us find and purchase our property I would certainly give it to West Wales, Narberth Office. Martin Osborne showed us around twice and was completely honest, courteous and patient in response to our questions. Caroline, who runs the office, has been incredibly helpful by providing us with really important and useful local knowledge, going way beyond what was required of her. At no point did either of them apply any sales pressure on us which helped us reach our decision with confidence. Their approach made a huge difference in reducing the high stress levels which moving house entails. If ever there were the ideal estate agents, it would be them. Real professionals.
