GoogleMy mother was what you might call a "nervous seller" in the sense that she had lived in her house for many years and whilst she wanted to move, she was daunted by the whole process. We had tried several different estate agents over a 3 year period and they had all overwhelmed her, putting her off moving.
Then we tried BJB and 'Gary', the branch manager came out. He recognised my mothers situation, he was very patient, gave lots of advice without overloading her with information. My mother subsequently marketed the house with BJB and Gary and his team continued to support her through the process, resulting in a successful sale. I am happy to say that she has now settled into her new house and the whole family are thrilled.
If you want a genuine, professional service then you will not beat Gary and his team.
