Quite disappointed overall from my experience with BJB. Had multiple issues with the property i was in, including a faulty front door which was reported December 2019. I moved out last month and this still hadn't been sorted. Its the letting agents job to ensure the landlord keeps the property in a livable and safe condition. This was not done and as a tenant i shouldn't have to be chasing for updates every week.

Their initial valuation was way out (but the same as 2 other agents I invited to quote). Professional service and they obtained a sale.They kept me up to date with viewings and feedback. All their staff that I had contact with were professional and helpful.

Benjamin Parry assisted me with some maintenance that needed carrying out on my flat, he was very communicative and reliable, friendly and very helpful! Very understanding of my timetable and didn't keep me on the phone too long (which is always annoying when you're told a conversation won't last too long and then end up listening to somebody speak for forty minutes) - very concise and fixed my issues quickly and calmly!
