We pride ourselves on offering the highest level of customer care and if we have failed to do this, I would really appreciate the opportunity to look into this for you. We do not have any record of you being a Plymouth Homes customer so unfortunately I am unable to contact you directly. I am also wondering if you have reviewed us in error - we are an independent estate agent specialising property sales and private sector rentals and are not connected in any way to Plymouth Community Homes - I know previous clients have inadvertently confused us with them in the past.
