We recently sold our home through Gary Corroon of Sherry FitzGerald Davitt & Davitt. I can say without hesitation that Gary is the most competent, professional, friendliest real estate agent I have met. I was particularly impressed with his knowledge of his field. Gary was honest and open in his review and valuation of our home. Within 2 days of going up for sale, Gary had secured our asking price. Within a week, this had been well surpassed, due to Gary's diligence in getting viewers into our home. Gary communicated with us regularly to keep us up-to-date with offers and viewings. I originally bought my current house through Gary a number of years ago, so he was the natural choice when I wanted to sell again. He managed to achieve over the asking price within a short period, which helped make the process less stressful, and very welcome. A massive thank you to all of the team.. Having initially pulled out of a purchase Gary reassured me not to worry and kept me up to date with new listings coming to market. Without his advice & guidance I would still be at a lose end trying to get onto the property ladder. Genuine great service. Gary was true to his word. He went above and beyond and the whole sale process was carried out in the most efficient manner although it had its challenges. Gary is an excellent estate agent that takes the task of delivering you a house personally. When I got outbid on one house he took it upon himself to find me another. Our buy wasnt easy plenty of delays but Gary was on our side the whole time constantly updating , arguing with the developer in our favour when they hiked up the price. Excellent.
