We recently sold our property through SFDD and found the entire team to be very good, in particular, Gary Coroon. From start to finish, Gary was very professional, offered sound advice with getting the property market ready, incredibly positive, generated plenty of interest and produced a very satisfactory outcome in impressive time. We would have no hesitation in recommending Gary & his team.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sherry FitzGerald Davitt & Davitt and cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process of buying and selling was seamless, thanks to the incredible support and professionalism of their team. Gary Corroon, Jennifer Walsh, Andrew Connaughtin, and Jennifer Fay were simply amazing, always available, incredibly helpful, and guided me every step of the way. Their expertise and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. Some of my close family members have also worked with Gary and his team recently, and their experiences were just as positive. They all speak highly of the team's knowledge, responsiveness, and commitment to delivering great results. If you're looking for auctioneers in the Mullingar, North Westmeath or Westmeath area, I wholeheartedly recommend Sherry FitzGerald Davitt & Davitt. Their outstanding service, commitment and attention to detail is above and beyond.

I would recommend them any time, any day! They were always available whenever I needed clarification about anything. They communicated in a very professional and understanding manner from day one until everything was finalised. Might I add that they were very patient with me in times when I was busy with work and couldn’t respond to emails as promptly as I would have liked. I just want to say a huge thank you to Gary Corroon for your professionalism, kindness and support.

We engaged Sherry Fitzgerald Davitt & Davitt to market and sell our house on the outskirts of Mullingar . Their professional approach and attention to detail was evident from the start , from photography for website to arranging viewings . Gary Caroon was our main contact and he kept us fully informed at all times, arranging plenty of viewings from genuine interested parties . Our house was Sale Agreed within 10 weeks and the sale completed seamlessly. We would definitely recommend Gary and SF D&D for his professional approach and he made the whole process very clear and straightforward. Very satisfied with Sherry Fitzgerald Davitt & Davitt and all the team in Mullingar . Tom Lynch.

It's rare that you feel looked after the way Gary and the team at Sherry Fitz Davitt & Davitt looked after my partner and I as we tried to find a home in time for our newborn. Gary constantly went the extra distance to ensure I was up to date on available properties that fit my criteria and always made an effort to work around my calendar for viewings. Not only that, but even when I was considering properties being sold by completely different auctioneers, Gary took time out of his day outside of typical working hours to provide me with genuine advice so that I was well informed. Nothing can be said for that other than genuine care for people finding the right homes for them, regardless of who makes the sale. I also want to say a massive thanks to Jennifer and the background team who always had timely appointment reminders and were very understanding when I had to postpone more than one appointment last minute. Five-star team and five-star experience. Thanks guys.

Thanks a mil to Andrew who showed me the property, for showing professionalism in handling the process especially at the end of completing it. I purchased my property through Sherry FitzGerald Davitt & Davitt and the staff were brilliant , they couldn’t have been any more accommodating. I was dealing directly with Andrew Connaughton. I told Andrew my budget and what I was looking for , he listed out a number of properties that he thought were suitable and brought me to viewings in the various properties. As I work in Dublin most days , Andrew was very accommodating with the viewing times , often meeting me late in the evenings. Andrew was a true professional and got back to me so quickly with any questions I had. I would highly recommend Andrew and the rest of Sherry Fitzgerald Davitt & Davitt team for anyone in the market for a property.
