GoogleWhen my partner and I thought about selling we contacted Sherry Fitzgerald Davitt & Davitt to have our home valued. Gary came and conducted his business in a top notch professional manner. Any questions I had he answered. When it came to the decision of putting our house on the market, we spoke with their office in detail as to what steps were to be taken. Again we were left with all the information we needed on how to best approach the sale and what strategy best suited our needs. The photographer Richard, virtual tour with Andrew, Jennifer in the office and Gary dealing with potential buyers. All of these people were so easy to work with and had the highest professional standard. I cannot compliment them any higher. Anything with property is a stressful and difficult challenge when you are not familiar with the process. However when I needed something answered or checked they provided the answers. When we had specific requests pending the sale. Our requests were dealt with in a speedy and timely manner in order to not prolong or frustrate the situation. I am happy to say our home has gone into sale agreed not long after being placed on the market and that is down to the diligence and professionalism of the team at Sherry Fitzgerald Davitt & Davitt. A special mention has to go to Gary Caroon for his approach when dealing with our home. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you.

My review actually relates to Sherry Fitzgerald's mortgage broker service.I was disappointed with the service but my situation was complicated by the fact that I was remortgaging and staff shortages in PTSB and in fairness to Sherry Fitzgerald when I complained they eventually dealt with it to my satisfaction.So I would simply say to potential customers that you keep a very close eye on the process as the banks are short staffed and the brokers can lose focus when it's such a drawn out process.

While the staff where very pleasant to deal with in general 2 things really sub standard.The first was that on visiting the house 2 days after they conducted a viewing i went to check the house and found the back door had not been locked and had been swinging open for since the view, surely one lesson of being an estate agent is lock up the house before you leave. in response i got a lame sorry.The second was that before the sale was complete the buyers want access for builders to take measurements, the sherry fitz agent then let them tear wall paper off the wall of one of the bedrooms. I asked for an explanation by phone, email and was studiously ignored.

Terrible company to deal with, I was looking to buy a house, we arranged for a viewing and they didn’t even show up or bother to let know they can’t come. So I was left waiting for an hour until agent finally answer her mobile phone, oh sorry didn’t you get my mail? No I didn’t. They also lie to you about the house, pushy, they don’t know anything about the house they are selling. They do know offcourse there are 3 bids on the house allready. Bad vibes tbh and will avoid them at all cost. Classic case of market leaders not caring about buyers, they deserve to go bust. I was dealing with greystones locations, avoid.
