I wanted to put in writing how grateful we are to Linda Christopher at the Gorey branch of Sherry Fitzgerald. When we set out on our home buying journey I was poorly prepared for what a difficult and stressful thing to do it can be. The one person that has stood out throughout the whole process is Linda. Her kindness, patience and most of all her willingness to offer her expertise to all aspects of the home buying process has been invaluable, and without her I would have almost given up! I’ve lost count of the number of times she has given clarity to what would have otherwise been an issue I had no understanding of. And that goes far beyond her role as an auctioneer. As an investor,developer and home owner I am hugely impressed by Liz Ryan of Sherry Fitzgerald's Phibsborough branch. I am more knowledgeable than most about the property market so can speak with experience and say that she is one of the best agents in the city. Liz is honest, professional, incisive, informative and empathic. She has a great knowledge of the Dublin 7 market. She offers no false hopes in order to get the business and is spot on in her predictions. She appeals to both buyers and sellers. As a seller I am impressed at how well she relates to buyers, always keeping all bidders on board, as often the highest bidder may pull out. When it happened in my case Liz assured me in her calm manner that it wasn't going to be an issue. I was especially impressed by the sensitivity Liz showed in selling the family home after my mother's death. Liz has handled two sales for me and I would have no hesitation in recommending her highly.

It's rare that you feel looked after the way Gary and the team at Sherry Fitz Davitt & Davitt looked after my partner and I as we tried to find a home in time for our newborn. Gary constantly went the extra distance to ensure I was up to date on available properties that fit my criteria and always made an effort to work around my calendar for viewings. Not only that, but even when I was considering properties being sold by completely different auctioneers, Gary took time out of his day outside of typical working hours to provide me with genuine advice so that I was well informed. Nothing can be said for that other than genuine care for people finding the right homes for them, regardless of who makes the sale. I also want to say a massive thanks to Jennifer and the background team who always had timely appointment reminders and were very understanding when I had to postpone more than one appointment last minute.
