Unprofessional - never stick to commitment

I recently purchased a house through Sherry and my experience was worse (D15). While buying a house is a life event for most, the folks here has absolutely no consideration to that fact. They did not want to show me the house for final walkthrough which I had to argue with them. They lied to me that they had the entire house keys so I released the funds, however, they gave me literally just a single main door key. I had to follow up for 5 days, and multiple phone calls to receive the entire set of keys. After all this, it took 3 weeks for them to remove the 'Sold' board in front of the house. If you are looking for an agent, please do not consider Sherry, instead consider other agents who are more professional and friendly.

If you look for a property in the Mulligan area there is no better person than Garry from Davitt & Davitt. He went beyond and above any call of duty. If this would not be for him we would have not bought our house. We will be always grateful to this kind and honest man. Thank you very much. We cannot recommend high enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Sale Of Property

I was very pleased with the full suite of services offered by Sherry Fitzgerald. Everything was very professional and to a very high standard. The valuation I received was realistic. I was kept informed through the showings and the sale process and given regular feedback by my agent. I would highly recommend them as a real estate agent.

Great experience

We had a great experience with Linda in Sherry Fitzgerald OLeary Kinsella while buying our first home. She was always super quick to respond to any questions we had, and made the whole process feel so much less stressful.

DISGRACEFUL SHERRY FITZHaving purchased a property from…

Having purchased a property from sherryfitzgearld ,Renovated it and then went back to the office to whom I purchased from, and asked would they be interested in marketing our property, only to be messed around by the principle of sherry fitgearld, traveling a hr to leave a key available ,this was 3 weeks ago march 2023 ,only to find no one arrived to even look at the property for pictures , measurements etc ,This is no way to treat customers ,we wouldn't treat our clients in such a fashion nor do we expect to be treated in such a hap hazzard manner .Imagine turning down a new build 3 bed house ,A rated ,and not have the courtesy to ring and say look sorry we won't be marketing your property ,even when it was this branch in cork we purchased from .☎️A SIMPLE PHONCALL OR EMAIL WOULDNT GO AMISS

Amazing support and a pleasure to deal with

Roseanne helped us with the purchase of our country home and couldn't have been more helpful and supportive throughout the process. She was constantly on hand and incredibly responsive. She worked with us and supported both us and the sellers throughout the process. She facilitated a successful transaction on very agreeable terms between both parties. I couldn't recommend her and the team at Sherry Fitzgerald enough.
