GoogleExcellent from start to finish. We were selling a property in Mudeford but live a 2 hour drive away. Mitch at the Mudeford office took care of everything from viewings to letting people in for various reasons, and even doing the meter readings - which saved us some rather long round trips. His knowledge of the area and the type of people likely to buy was spot on. Everyone at Mitchell's was professional, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend them if you are buying or selling.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleFrom when my offer was accepted in November 2020, I received the most professional service from Mitchells. Probate held up exchange and completion for several months, but during that time I made numerous accompanied visits to the property and Mitchells were always accommodating. Liaison with the vendors and solicitors was done through Anne, who was diligent at keeping me in the loop with progress and responses to my questions. Anne's professionalism and friendly, warm personality made me feel confident that nothing would go wrong. And it didn't. Completion happened and I'm now happy in my flat.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMitchells - everybody I had contact with - made the process of buying and then completing the purchase as simple and straightforward as it could be. What queries I had were always answered promptly and honestly. When asked to, Mitch always contacted the vendors on my behalf and came back swiftly with the required answers. No issues whatsoever, a thoroughly professional and capable agency.

GoogleNot all estate agents are the same; we have had some very poor experiences with agents in the past. Mitchells are different. We were very happy with the way in which our property was marketed but in particular we liked the fact that Mitchells chased progress on our sale on a regular basis and provided us with updates without any chasing on our part; a truly active and professional service.

We've sold two houses through them and have really appreciated their sensible, friendly and professional approach.
