Mitch and Anne were so fantastic throughout, from the initial valuation through to completion they were brilliant. GoogleStellar service from the team at Mitchells in Mudeford. Paul, Mitch, Anne and Mike all come with their own unique skill sets which made selling our property a reasonably stress free process. Paul, with his invaluable wealth of experience and expert knowledge of the market. Mitch, who was excellent, realistic, honest and contagiously positive. Very handy with a camera too. Anne, calm, patient and a consummate professional running the office. And Mike, who liaises with solicitors and agents to keep the chain smooth. My husband and I would definitely work with Mitchells again. Their door was always open with every member of the team ready to help and we felt supported throughout. Thank you from Wendy and Jim.

From the advice given at the initial contact and the property valuation right through to the completion on selling the home, it has been a real joy to have their help and support. GoogleFrom Day one Mitch at the Stanpit Office has been outstanding and we couldn't have asked for better advice and guidance. Even with unexpected challenges Mitch continued to deliver a professional and top class service. This was all backed up by Ann who also worked in the Stanpit office. Even when the family home was sold Mitch rang us to, not only congratulate us but was also understanding in the fact that he knew it was a sad time in letting the house go. We would 100% recommend anybody selling (or buying) a house in the area that you go with this excellent team. Thank you again.

GoogleMitch certainly earnt his money about 5 times over selling my mum's house in this turbulent time. He was reliable and knew what he was doing. He looked after my mum and dad buying their house and after my dad passed away he looked after my mum selling it. We have all had a traumatic time including him I should imagine!!!! People all went a bit crazy during the covid/stampduty period and he sorted everyone out. As I moved away it really helped knowing that Mitch was there handling it all with my mum. Whenever something came up I was constantly saying "what does Mitch say?". We highly recommend him and thank him!

GoogleMy partner and I recently bought our first home through Mitchell’s. Both Mitch and Anne were excellent throughout the whole buying process, going above and. beyond to help us where they could. There were moments when the vendors solicitors were unresponsive and they were able to get things moving. Would recommend Mitchell’s and definitely consider using them ourselves in the future.

GoogleAbsolutely recommend Mitchells in Mudeford 100%. We bought our new house through them and Mitch Sullivan was our contact. Mitch was great from our first viewing through to completion. He was extremely quick to respond to queries and played a major role in bringing our whole chain to completion when it all became very stressful at the end. He is professional and friendly in his communications and tells it like it is when needed, which I particularly like when dealing with people. If you are thinking of selling your house in the area I recommend using Mitch at Mitchells. Whilst we have no intention of moving for the foreseeable, if we were to I would go straight to these guys.

GoogleWe bought through Mitchells, we were moving from Surrey to Dorset and already under offer with pressure to move asap. Pam went out of her way to find the right house for us and had keys for several properties we hadn't requested to see, but she thought would suit us (we had written them off as not suitable). Low and behold she was right! Then lockdown happened.. Mitchells kept everything going through a very difficult time and made the final purchase happen. Overall we found them very professional, friendly and responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
