Ponteland Branch. Excellent service selling my property. It was a difficult property to sell, with no useful comparables, and a number of problems. They gave good practical advice, tested the market. Their professionalism, courtesy, tact, and patience was sorely tried at times, but they came through it with all sides still smiling. Well done everyone.

GoogleSold me a house with no sewage system The house had fallen through before and had been on the market years. The house was suppose to have its own tank. Costing £15,000 to fix. Make your own assumptions .I am looking for a solicitor when I get this problem sorted.NegativeQuality
Sylvia, I have spoken with our Morpeth branch and while we do not have anyone registered under the name of Sylvia Smith on the system, we have been able to potentially link your review to a phone call received by a member of staff at our Morpeth branch a few months ago regarding a similar issue. We are sorry that you are unhappy with your house. However, as our negotiator explained to you on the phone, had we known about the lack of sewage system and tank, we would have been legally obligated to declare this very important information to all interested parties. Furthermore, all buyers are advised to undertake independent searches and enquires in order to proceed with their property purchase comfortably. I have been informed that the buyer of this property did carry out numerous searches when obtaining their mortgage and no alarm bells were raised and nothing regarding the sewage system was mentioned. Again we are sorry that you are unhappy with your property.
